FOR INVITED PARTICIPANTS TO ISCF CLINICAL GRADE STEM CELL BANKING MEETING Please fill out the Registration Form below and send by fax to +86-10-64807306 or by email to fyzeng@ioz.ac.cn Registration Form for ISCF meeting Attendance to the ISCF stem cell banking workshop is mainly by nomination from the ISCF members of your respective countries and are by-invitation from the organizers. There will be NO registration fee for the delegates nominated by ISCF members. Unfortunately the organizers cannot cover travel, accommodation and incidental expenses. Non ISCF member countries are welcomed and are invited to send one appropriate (i.e. regulatory or stem cell banking) representative to attend, but will pay all expenses including a registration fee ($750 excluding accommodation) as non contributors to ISCF central funds. Invited participants from commercial service providers will be charged a $1500 registration fee. Registration fee is set for $100 of each of Part I or Part II, or $180 for both Part I &II. The complete training course (Pt I-III) is $1200.The cost for the complete training course (Pt I-III) is $1200 |
